Already premium member and subscribed for 12 month promo. Does my subscription starts after my latest payment period or the day when I subscribed for the promo?

the one year subsciption will be added after the month you already paid for.

I feel this response is slightly confusing (albeit correct). 

Your new 12 month subscription would begin starting from the ending date of your previous subscription. eg) If your subscription was to end 1/20/2018 and you signed up for the 12 month promo 12/2/2017, your 12 month would begin 1/20/18 and end 1/20/2019.
