Hey there @Patriciasinaa,

Welcome to the Community - We're here to help!

If your account is on Free, this means that your Premium subscription has been cancelled, so you will not receive any charges on your credit card in the future.

When you had subscribed for the Premium 3 months trial, the sum of 0.01 IDR had been debited from your account and automatically refunded so that our system can verify if the payment method is valid or not.

If you want to use Premium in the future you can always resubscribe through this link.

Hope this helps. If you have more questions - don't hesitate to reach out here again.

Have a great day!

Hi, I have same problem with @Patriciasinaa.

So, there is no way back to get 3 month Premium free?
