Subscribed with wrong username, canceled within 1 minute, lost free one month trial

Subscribed with wrong username, canceled within 1 minute, lost free one month trial

Subscribed with wrong user, instantly canceled and tried using the same card under the right user, said that I already used my free month. I was planning on continuing my plan even after the free month, but I was hoping you could help me recover that regardless.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

Unfortunately, it doesn't matter how long a payment method has been used for an account. If it was used once, it's no longer eligible for such a trial offer, as those offers are only for users who haven't had Premium before.

 

If you'd like to claim the trial offer on another account, you'll need to use a different payment method 🙂
