 I just lost my premium subscription, I paid on the 19th.

Yes, it says I'm on free. Weird.

Please go ahead and follow these steps:

 

  • Check to see if you can download music within the app
  • Sign out, and sign back in

Please use the last step mentioned in the link I gave you, which suggests their subscription is on another account. You can find more info on how to find out if that's the case by checking out this article - https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/account_help/do-i-have-an-additional-account/

Why would my subscription be on another account if I used Premium for the last month's on my account which I'm typing this message from?
