My Question or Issue

I was paying for the premium individual plan but I didn't get it and the money was debited from my account

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out!

 

I recommend checking your current subscription status on your account page. If it says Free, it's possible that your payment has failed, so the funds should be returned to you soon.

 

In order for the payment to go through successfully, make sure that:

  • Your card is issued in the same country as the country of your Spotify account. You can check your country settings on your account page.
  • Your card is open for foreign, recurring and online payments. You may need to double-check this with your bank.
  • You have set up a 2-factor authentication.

Once you've checked these, you can try subscribing again using:

  • An incognito/private window or another browser.
  • A different network / mobile data.
  • A different device.
  • A different payment method (if available).

It's also possible that you accidentally signed up for Premium on another account. Check out this article for more info on how to find if you have another Spotify account + how to proceed further.
