Unable to Log In to Spotify Despite Correct Credentials

Always used to be Premium but i have moved to a different country 3 weeks ago so i still didn't pay

Tunisia and moved recently to France 

Device

(iPhone X)

Operating System

(iOS 10)

 

My Question or Issue

Hi everyone,

I'm having trouble logging into my Spotify account on both my phone and laptop. Despite using the same email and password I've always used, Spotify insists they're incorrect. I've tried resetting my password and other basic troubleshooting steps with no luck. Any advice?

Note: I'm not a Spotify employee.

The problem I'm facing is that I can't access the email I used to create my Spotify account, which is an older address. I established my Spotify account after setting up this email. I want to recover my Spotify account, but since I can't access this email, it poses a challenge.
