Hello

 

I have two accounts on spotify, one of which I use regurarly. However the other day whilst upgrading one of my accounts I noticed that it was the wrong account I upgraded, and noticed it after I paid. I canceled my subscriptions within 2 minutes after paying. 

 

How do I get my money back?

As the Spotify's refund policy says, if you've never used your premium subscription, you can contact the Spotify Team using the contact form and ask for a refund. 

You can also use Facebook or Twitter to get in touch with them.
