Yearly subscription $99 not reflected under My Account

Yearly subscription $99 not reflected under My Account

Hi Spotify,

 

I've subscribed to the yearly subscription on the 6th of December 2017 but My Account stills showing the monthly bill.

Could you help to check?

Hello @ericntd and welcome to the Spotify Community!

From what I see in your screenshots, the yearly subscription was successfully applied to your account. Your new expiration date is on 28/12/2018.

Your monthly subscription is not canceled: it will automatically resume after the end of the yearly subscription.

I'm deleting your last screenshot because it contains sensitive information.
