Vodafone - Premium subscription disappeared

Vodafone - Premium subscription disappeared

Hi,

 

I have checked my Spotify account today and the Premium subscription I have as part of my Vodafone plan has changed to the free version.

 

I have checked with Vodafone and they say my plan should still be active.

 

I have tried restarting the Spotify app and logging back in but it hasn't resolved the issue. Has anyone had a similar issue?

Hey @Berty_D,

 

Thanks for reaching out.

 

If you're sure that you're logged into the right account and can still see your playlists, saved music, etc. then you'll need to reach out to Vodafone again, as your subscription runs through them 🙂
