My Question or Issue

My credit card was lost & I've been trying to get everything updated

I just had to recover & reset my password to my Spotify account because I've just been logged in on my phone all along (but you can't update payment info on the app). When I finally got into the account on my laptop it doesn't look like my account - it has no record of any payments & none of my playlists...

I'm afraid to add payment info to this account that it's the wrong one somehow!

You're definitely logged into the wrong account then 🙂 Well spotted.

 

If you're still logged into your primary account in the Spotify mobile app, you can head into Settings > Account to see the username you're logged in with. You should use that username for logging into Spotify (and you can also use it to request a password reset if needed).

 

Alternatively, if you receive receipts for Premium from Spotify via email, they should state your account's username too.
