Why am I still seeing premium ads to update to familiar? I'm paying my account

Every time I open spotify I'm seeing to update to familiar premium even I'm paying for my account. I'm paying for not to see any ads. Please help

Can you please provide screenshots of the ads you're seeing? it'll help getting a better understanding of the issue.
