Why did I not get the "3 months for 1 month price" offer?

So how come. The first time the offer was availible, it was 9 DKK for 3 months. After that, it was 99DKK for 3 months and now? I dont even get that offer anymore even though it is up. I will be honest. It is kind of sad that you do not care about your customers. I had to create a new account just get the offer again. Why is that? Shouldn't the users who keep using your service also get these offers?

So you're saying that the only people who get this offer, are those who
decided to cancel their premium subscription before October 16th? Why is it
so? Why does this offer only stand for a specific type of users?
