Why my credit card has been rejected

Why my credit card has been rejected

I have a Family account.  My card expired few day ago and I'm trying to put the details of the new one but it's alway rejected without explanation.

What to do?

Hey @Elena21, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

Could you try updating your payment details here > Update payment details or change payment method section using a different browser or private window? 

 

If that doesn't help, send me a screenshot of what you're seeing after you update your payment details. Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community.

I tried again but with the same bad result. Here I attach a screen shot of
the message that Spotify gives me...
Should it not work, will I lose all my playlist???

Thanks for trying those steps!

You won't lose your saved music and playlists by updating your payment details.

 

Could you send me a screenshot through the reply page (not in the email your receive)? Once you're on the reply page, under the Attachments section, select the photo you want to attach and post the reply as well as any additional details.
