Your payment method and country don't match

Your payment method and country don't match

I'm getting the error "Your payment method and country don't match" even though my country is set to the UAE and I am using a UAE card.

Welcome to the Spotify Community, and thanks for reaching out to us!

Here is a support article that could help solve this issue:

Make sure your payment method follows all the requirements to be considered valid. You can also double-check with your bank if everything is correct on their side.

I also advise that you try to subscribe using a local WiFi network and if you're using a VPN or network mask, try to disable it while doing it.

I used an incognito window and for some reason that worked. I'm not sure why, but with the incognito it had me verify my country and the payment went through. I saw that this didn't work for other people though. Hope it works.
