Ik kreeg een melding dat mijn broer zijn spotify premium- family had stopgezet en kreeg dus de melding om premium te nemen. 

Nu wist ik helemaal niet dat ik gekoppeld was aan zijn account want ik betaal al maanden (jaren) 9.99 euro ...??? 

Ik wil graag mijn premium account terug en wil weten hoe het komt dat ik altijd, nog steeds, betaald heb? Waarom kan ik dat niet zien? Hoe kan ik die betaling stopzetten of tenminste terug premium krijgen? (ik betaal er immers voor.... )

Welcome to Spotify Community and thanks for reaching out here! I hope you don't mind I'm answering in English...

 

Perhaps you're paying for the Premium in another account, while your main account was linked to your brother's Family plan. So, primarily, we need to find this other account, so take a look at the following article to get help with it:

When you find the other account, you need to follow the steps in this article to cancel the subscription, if you want to. 

Probably you have created and migrated to another account that was linked to your brother's Family plan and you were paying for the Premium on the other account because you forgot to cancel it.

Unfortunately, maybe you'll not be able to get a refund for the months you've paid without using the service, because it's not a Spotify responsibility. (But you need to check it with the Customer Support if you want).
