automatic message that I am living in Quebec

automatic message that I am living in Quebec

I can't suscribe to the student account because it says that I live in Quebec, but I don't and I study in Toronto. I checked my postal code, it is right. The only thing I can see is that I have a old Quebec phone number from when I was living there, but it doesnt change anything to the fact that I study in Toronto, which should give me access to the student account. 

 

Would anyone know what might be the problem?

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

Have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
