Hey there! Thanks for reaching out to the Community!

I am sorry to hear this. If the charge is pending, it may be a temporary authorization charge that was made by your payment provider - and it will be added back to your account after authorization. If the charges are not pending, can you try following the steps provided in this support page? On that page, there will be an option to get in touch with customer support if none of the steps on that page locates the other charge.
