different subscription on phone and computer

different subscription on phone and computer

Hi, 
I do have a premium account included with my phone compagnie for few years. 
Today, spotify on my computer tell me that my subscription is expired. I asked my phone compagnie for a new access code and it work on my phone. My premium account is back on registered as free but on my computer it keeps asking fot subcription. 
I double checked, and I only have 1 account... what should I do?

Let's make sure you only have one Spotify account by following these steps.

 

If you're sure there's only one account, we suggest contacting your service provider to make sure they have your subscription up and running.
