My Question or Issue

I'm paying for a family plan for god knows how long and they wont let me switch to an idividual plan. it says im not eligible. i'm one person. single. no kids. live alone. i dont need a family plan? my only options are cancel and lose all my data or ? help

Thanks for reaching out to the Spotify Community.

 

If you’re unable to switch Premium plans, the best approach is to cancel your current subscription and wait for it to end. Once it expires, you can subscribe to Premium Individual at https://spotify.com/premium.

 

Rest assured, your data—such as liked songs, playlists, and preferences—won’t be affected by the cancellation. This information is tied to your account, not your subscription, so it will remain intact even on the free plan.
