My Question or Issue

Just a few days ago, on September 26, I purchased Family Premium and some people joined the plan, and today I realize that the plan has been canceled, which is strange since I, being the administrator, never canceled it.
I went to the order history section and realized that a refund had been issued today.
I want you to please help me with this problem because it is hurting me a lot.

I recommend reaching out to Support, as they are the only ones who can actually look into your account as well as transactions and other stuff: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/ 🙂

I was using Spotify Premium Family for more than a month and today, it's suddenly cancelled and cannot add my card with an error, who tells me to use anothe payment method. Note : My card works perfectly on Netflix, Youtube and other services.
