My Question or Issue
Basically I already purchased the Duo premium. As I was going to input my address, the app suddenly stopped working so I had to close it. But when I opened it back, I couldn’t enter my address and invite a member to my spotify duo. The plan information widget is also unavailable so I couldn’t add or manage my address nor invite a member. But I do have the premium features though, it’s just that I couldn’t invite a member nor add MY address.

I tried this but it says “There was a problem, please try again later”. Then brings me to
https://www.spotify.com/us/account/overview/
With an orange box informing me that,
“Your plan information widget is unavailable, and we are working on it. Please go to subscriptions to manage your plan/subscription.”
Any suggested links bring me to pages that won’t load.

What happens when you open the Account overview page and click on the Manage your subscription or Manage members tabs instead of the suggested pages? Can you send us a few screenshots of how things look on your end? If yes, please make sure that the address bar is visible.

I have the same problem
I can open manage your subscription but when i try to open manage members it say that there was an error, try again later
Same issue on my end. Just switched to the Family Plan using the app, confirming address did not load. Tried via browser afterwards, same issue.
EDIT: just received an e-mail confirming the plan change and the adress confirmation and invites work now.
