My Question or Issue

I bought a premium individual subscription today. The amount has been deducted from my account but the premium isn't working and I didn't get the email confirmation as well. Please help me clear this issue. Regards.

Hi @Aadi23, thanks for writing!

 

Here's what to try if you've upgraded to Premium but don't receive Premium features in the app.

 

  • Check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium. 
  • If you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app. 

 

It's also possible that you’ve accidentally created a second account - one account with a Spotify username, the other created and linked to your Facebook profile. Try logging in with each to access your Premium.
