"Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day."

"Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day."

I am tired of this error. Approximately, ONE month pass but still get same problem: "Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day." . I know, my credit card not have any problem. I can shoping other places. What can we do?

I contacted  SpotifyCares on Twitter last month. They give me premium member for a month. Than, i contacted yesterday but they said: "We are working it.". When solved this issues? You are big company but you don't solve this little problem...
