university account (payment problem)

Hello. 

I few minutes ago i tried to register me in the university account.
I tried it twice, but finally i prefered sign in in the regular account (for $99).
I checked my bank statement, and realized that i have two charges of (university account) to my card.
says something like ''balance withheld'' for $49 and another for $49 too.
But the thing is that i didn't complete the subscription.
What could i do?
