Hey @Ati85, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Are you able to change your plan to Premium using this link and then select your plan? If that doesn't work, try the same steps using a different browser or private window. 

 

If you're still having trouble, can you send me a screenshot of any error messages you're seeing? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.
