A few songs have changed to some random artist, or is now under an album instead of the single.

I have a few examples, the most egregious being a song I added to my playlist in 2012-06-13, which is "Intro" by The xx. When I play the song, it plays that same song, but its some random knockoff remixed version with a cover labeled "Off White Summer". Otherwise, a less pressing issue is a half•alive song I added, "still feel.", from the single, but playing it now, the cover is the album, which wasn't even out when I added the single.

Obviously the pressing issue is the random guy dubbing his voice over the song "Intro", even though it's supposed to be the original.

It's a good idea to try removing the songs, searching for the artist and then adding them again from their profile pages. Are there any changes?

If that doesn't help, can you try on another device? That way we can check if it's a device-related issue.
