Since you mentioned that you accidentally unliked the collaborative playlist (tapped the green "heart"), then you most likely weren't its actual owner and just had it saved in Your Library. It's worth reaching out to the other collaborators so they can check who the owner is and asking them to invite you back.
In case you had a Blend with your friends instead, it's worth checking if you'll be able to find it under Search > Made for You. If it's not there, then you probably left it, but you can create a new one and invite your friends to it again.

Sorry I meant I went in and deleted it while I was tidying up my library, for everyone else there's the heart icon. When I go onto it there isn't any icon and still has me on the list at the top making it (in the screenshot I'm Paul) but I can't access it at all without the link being shared.

In this case, just to confirm, if you open the playlist on a different device, such as a computer, can you see the heart icon to be added once more to your library? If yes, try and hit the heart icon.
On another note, can you send us a screenshot of what you see when you open the three dot menu of the playlist in your mobile device?

It shows up the same as when I open it on my phone, still without being able to access it from my library.
I've attached the menu I get from the 3 dots. I've tried using the Invite Collaborators option to get a link but that doesn't change anything when I click it.

If you've deleted the playlist, it will still show up when using the link to it, so this explains why you're still able to access it. To undelete it, simply follow these steps.
Once the playlist is recovered, it should show up in your library.

I have the same issue but the playlist is more than 90 days old - I still own and can add to the playlist but can’t get see it in my library - is it possible to restore it?

I've attached some screenshots showing what I mean about my issue. First is my Playlist tab showing the playlist isn't available, second is how the playlist looks when I use a link to access it and third is my recover playlist page.

Update! I solved this by downloading the playlist, then when I ‘removed from downloads’ (de-pressed download?) the playlist remained in my Library!

My Question or Issue
I just deleted a collaborative playlist by accident and would like to restore it. Trouble is, I wasn't the initial creator. I am also not in touch anymore with the person who created it anymore so I can't get the link. When I look in the 'Recover Playlists' section, it's not there.

Hi i had a collaborative playlist with one of my friend and by mistake i felt the playlist and made the playlist remove from the library and i have the link to rejoin the playlist but i am unable to rejoin with the link as well please help
Welcome to the thread!
If you've left the Collaborative playlist, but can't re-join then it's very likely that the invitation has expired as it's valid for 7 days. In this case you can simply ask the owner of the playlist to send you a new invitation and that should do the trick.
