App crashes phone and drops all downloads

My Question or Issue

This has happened several times. I will go into my liked songs when offline to play my downloaded music or podcasts and the app crashes (which in turn restarts my phone) and all of my songs/podcasts are undownloaded. This happens indiscriminately if there are upwards of 300 items downloaded or if there are only 5.

I'm tempted to delete the app altogether because the only reason I have a premium account is so I can download music.

For us to be able to look into this, it'd be great if you'd let us know the following additional info:

• Exact version of the operating system your device is running
• How much storage space is there available on your device?
• Do you have an SD card?
• Does it also happen if you use a different device?
• Exact version of Spotify
• Do you use any cache-clearing apps?
