Can't Find my new folders

Hi - I am trying to create a new playlist folder but because of the way things are sorted in the UI, I can't find them.  Has anyone had this trouble before.  I am using the desktop app on my Mac book

Hi @Lucky_Carms,

Thanks for reaching out. When new folders are created, they should appear at or near the bottom of the list on the left-hand sidebar, named "New folder" or the equivalent in your chosen language. If you have a lot of content there, this might take some scrolling but they should definitely be there. Do you see these or not? Is the behaviour the same across all devices? If no folders appear anywhere, can you please send us a screen recording of your exact process so we can investigate?  If the files are too large to attach here in the Community, you can send them to us via Google Drive or as unlisted YouTube videos.
