My Question or Issue
Hello. Some time ago, I found an issue with deleting one unneeded playlist from my library. When I try to do it, I get the error message "Something get wrong" on my desktop app. When I try to do the same on the web app, a success message appears, but it is still there. One interesting thing is that I can't see this playlist on my Android app. Past month, no changes
Hey @antiqrom,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.
If the playlist is only visible on one device, it's possible that it could have some damaged cache from previous updates affecting the proper behavior of the app. In this case, we'd first recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article.
If the issue persists, would you mind including the link or URI of the deleted playlist to take a better look?
Hope this helps. We'll be on the lookout.
I was completely reinstall windows, it's not cache

Hey @antiqrom,
Thanks for getting back to us.
Could you please try to log out everywhere > restart your device > log back in to see if you'll still experience this?
In case the issue persists, we'd recommend giving this a try on a different network as well, for example you can start a hotspot of your phone and use that network to test if you will be able to delete the playlist on the desktop app.
Hope this helps. Let us know how it goes 🙂
Thank you but nothing help 😞
Hi there @antiqrom,
Thanks for the reply.
Can you let us know exactly where in your library you see the playlist? Is it only on your landing page, or also on the left-hand side playlists column?
Cheers.
Hi. Only on my landing page
Hey @antiqrom,
Thanks for getting back to us.
Keep in mind that you have 90 days to recover any playlist you deleted. That can explain why you still can see it and get an error when you try to delete it.
On another note, the Home's recently played section updates over time depending on what you listen to. However, it might take some time for it to update (we can't confirm exactly how much since it depends on every user's listening habits).
In this case, we suggest that you keep listening to the music you like and that section will update eventually.
Hope this clears things up. If you need a hand with anything else, the Community is here for you.
