Can't remove album

Solved!

Can't remove album

Device

Samsung S21

Issue:

I had pre saved an album from an artist a few months ago via my Spotify app but it appears that since then the artist has removed the album from Spotify (I've checked the artist's page and its not there. Also when I go to his other socials it appears to only be available on Apple Music at the moment).

The problem is that the pre saved album is still appearing in my library. When I click on it all I get is a "Something went wrong/Have another go?/Try again" and there is no way for me to remove it from my library.

When I check on desktop the album is not there so this is a mobile app only issue.

Hey @meebuis,

Thanks for reaching out.

This is odd. Have you already tried performing a clean reinstall of the app on your phone to see if the album disappears? It looks like it hasn't been released yet, so this might be a reason for the error message you're getting.

If that doesn't do the trick, would you mind sending over the OS version and the exact Spotify version currently running on your device?

We'll be on the lookout.
