Can't sort playlists by date when shared with others

My Question or Issue

I can't change how my playlist is sorted for others. I can change it on my own logged-in account, but I can't on others. I want my newly added songs to appear at the top and sort by date. When shared via a link or clicking my profile, my playlist is sorted in by oldest showing at the top on their devices with no way to sort by date via newest at the top.

Turns out you can't change public playlists order. Only users can do that. Pretty dumb.
