Can't use premium resources, like play one song on loop, shuffle and others

Can't use premium resources, like play one song on loop, shuffle and others

When i put my playlist to play i can't shuffle, it goes in a row, i can't play a song once in a loop either, like if i had the spotify free, not the premium one, this is also happening with you guys?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out!

 

That's odd. Could you check the app's settings to see if your plan shows as Free? If so, you most likely have multiple accounts. For more info on how to access your Premium one, I recommend checking out this article.

We’re have premium duo and both phones show that

Does this happen in the mobile app with specific playlists only (like your Daily Mixes or your Discover Weekly)? If so, note that the Now Playing View changes for these playlists and replaces the Shuffle and Loop buttons with the option to save the song in your library or hide it in the current playlist.

 

In any case, a screenshot which captures how the app looks on your end would be greatly appreciated.
