Cant play downloaded music offline

Cant play downloaded music offline

Hello! I can't play downloaded music while offline... i have tried clearing cache, clearing data, logged out and even uninstalled the app but still can't fix the issue. Kindly assist me. And of course i have subscribed premium

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. We hope you don't mind us moving your post out of the Chats section to one of our Help boards as it fits better here.

This type of issue is commonly related to some damaged cache stored on your device. We understand you’ve already tried some troubleshooting steps including reinstalling, but to be sure that we're on the same page - did you use the steps for a clean reinstall mentioned in this article? Keep in mind that you'll need to re download the content again after performing this action. 


If so and the issue persists, would you mind checking on a different device (using your own account) to see if it makes any difference? If you don't have another one available, you can borrow one from a friend or family member to test it out.

Lastly, in order to have more information and avoid giving you unrelated troubleshooting, include in your next response the make, model, and OS version of your device, along with the Spotify version you're currently running to continue investigating the case.

We'll be on the lookout.
