My Question or Issue

I have one song that I have uploaded to a playlist on Spotify on my laptop. I see the song on the playlist on my phone but I cannot select it. It is grayed out. Both versions of Spotify are updated, Ive removed the song and re added it. It played once before a while ago but not since. I logged out on both devices and re logged in, and both devices are on the same network

Thank you for posting on the Community!

 

Whenever you want to sync your Local Files to your phone, you need to download the playlist first, otherwise the songs will show greyed out. Can you make sure you've downloaded it? 

 

If the issue persists, then we recommend you clean reinstall of the mobile app, as this one is more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.
