Changing playlist Pictures

shows first 4 albums but wont let me customize the photo it displays.

My Question or Issue

So, i googled on how to change the playlist pictures and it says it should show a pencil. But, it doesnt show a pencil. The playlist pictures just show the album covers of the first 4 songs in the playlist and i want to be able to customize them as well as other people since they have the opportunity to, and unfortunately i dont. So, can someone please help me?

On the Spotify app for mobile devices, it is unfortunately not currently possible to upload or replace a playlist picture. However, there is an idea for this in the Ideas section of the Spotify Community that you can feel free to vote for here. The more votes an Idea gets, the likelier it is that Spotify will implement it; and you can read more about how feedback on Ideas reaches Spotify here.
