Hey there,

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.

That being said, it's possible you've logged in to 2 different accounts. That can explain why you can see your playlists on your computer, but not on your mobile device.

So, we'd suggest checking the details of your account on both the computer and the mobile device. To do this, you can follow these steps on your mobile device:

  1. Go to Home.
  2. Tap your profile picture at the top-left of the screen.
  3. Tap Settings and privacy.
  4. At the top of settings, you can see the email linked to your account (if any).

On your computer, you can open the app (if it's installed) and select your profile picture at the top-left. Select the Profile option. There you can see your profile picture and display name. Check if those details match both devices. You can also select Account and you'll be redirected to your account page and there you can check the email linked to that account and other details.

If you aren’t certain about the details you used to register on the app, go to password reset and enter possible email addresses you own. When you enter an email that's registered with Spotify, you'll get a password reset message for that email.

Note: Keep in mind there are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. Try logging in with these, perhaps you've created more than one account.

Keep us in the loop and don't hesitate to get back to us if you have any other questions.
