My Question or Issue

When accessing one of my folders through the Web Player there is a playlist without icon. Clicking it displays "Couldn't find that playlist". There is no option to remove this playlist neither in the page nor in the context menu of the item in the folder contents list to the left.

This playlist doesn't show up in the desktop app nor android tv and apple tv apps.

Hi @Vangras,

That's odd. This looks like an old corrupted playlist. Are you able to right-click it and select Delete? If that doesn't work, try using the Tab key on your keyboard to navigate to the corrupted playlist and try deleting it with the Del key.

If possible, it's also worth checking if the playlist is visible in the mobile app.

In case the issue persists, I'd recommend reaching out to the folks over at Customer Support so they can have a closer look and investigate further.

Hope you get this sorted out. The Community is always here if there's anything else you need assistance with.

Cheers!

Hi @Yordan,

no context menu shows up and the delete key doesn't do anything on web.
However it did show up on mobile and I was able to remove it from there!

Thanks!
