Disappearing folders

I recently discovered that 2 folders containing perhaps 200 playlists simply disappeared along with the contents.

Thanks for posting in the Community!

I hope that I get it right that you're missing playlists that were organized in folders and were part of your music collection. You can see how to recover deleted playlists here

If the content you're referring to is comprised out of Local files, please keep in mind that they do not synchronize over the network to all of your devices, but need to be present on the internal storage memory of each device itself and the setting for Local files discovery there must be toggled to on.

If the above doesn't help in your case, then it's best to contact our Support team, as they can dive deeper into your personal account and help you revert your collection to a previous point in time, when everything was intact.
