My Question or Issue

Today the Discover weekly hasn't refreshed as usually for one of the Family members.

Yes, member was active last week and the app isn't offline, internet works, updates are allowed even on cellular but the DW hasn't refreshed even on WiFi. Streaming of not downloaded tracks or playlists also works. Just DW not refreshed.

Restarting Spotify app didn't help. ALso other users that follow this playlist can't see it as being updated.

thanks for posting !

 

Can you please ask the user to check out their other devices (Desktop, Web, Mobile) to see if the Discover Weekly playlist has updated itself on any of them ?

Tried on different device with web player. Fresh logon, web player never used there.
No success. The DW still isn't refreshed.

Can you let us know if the DW playlist is still not refreshed and when was the last date it had been refreshed?
