Downloaded songs won't play when offline

I have some playlists that say they are downloaded that won't play while others will. How do I fix this?!

This type of issue is usually related to some damaged cache stored on your device from previous versions. We'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app. This is often an overlooked step, but it's more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful in getting rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.

This process will delete your offline content and you'll have to re-download it. After downloading, make sure the Offline mode is active and try again.

In case the issue persists, include in your next response the make, model and OS version of your device, along with the Spotify version you're currently running.
