My Question or Issue

I started paying for a Dual Premium Account and would like to use the new user created and leave the other user for the 2nd person, who actually used Spotify more than I. However, I saved many albums on the current user and wanted to move that part of the library to my new user, even if it means having a print out of the albums and gradually adding them to my new user.

Hey @DanielBrasilia,

Thanks for posting in the Community! I understand that you've interested in the Spotify Duo subscription plan.

Check out the link above for more info on how the Duo is supposed to operate. This is basically not a one account for two persons, but a Premium subscription that could be used by two separate account holders.  So two people use their own personal accounts but just one of them takes care of the payments and so this makes them the Duo plan owner. I suppose you can keep your existing profile and if you've opened a Duo subscription already, you can invite a next person with their own (free) account to receive the Premium service from you.

If you think that there is still any need for you to transfer content from one account to another, for this I'm afraid we're not capable of helping here in the Community and you should contact our Support team, who can help you with things like that. Also keep in mind that subscription ownership can't be transferred between accounts.

We hope this clears things up. Take care!

Thanks for taking your time to answer! The answer on the Duo Premium already covered what I understood. I guess I'll need to contact the support team.
