Hey @K007babes,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. We moved your post from Chats to the help boards as its content fits better here.

This issue is commonly related to some damaged cache stored on your device. In this case, we'd first recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article. This is often an overlooked step, but it's more thorough than a quick one and can be helpful in getting rid of any cache that might be causing trouble with downloads.

Also, in case you have an SD card on your device, remove it and try again to see if it makes any difference.

Hope this helps. Let us know how it goes.

Hola, tengo un problema con mis descargas me dice que se alcanzó el límite de descargas, elimine todas de los otros dispositivos para poder descargar

Hi there @IrvingFraga,

Welcome to the Community!

Hope you don't mind me replying in English.

This error message comes up when you have Spotify offline music downloaded on more than 5 devices. This includes phones, tablets and computers.

It's a good idea to clear the Spotify app cache on any older phones you're not using or disable all downloads on such devices. Once an older device is cleared from downloads, you should be able to download playlists on your current device.

If you're logged in a bunch of devices that you're not using on a daily basis, you can Log out Everywhere and log back in only on devices you're currently using.

Hope this helps.
