Duo sessions, songs jump backwards ~10 seconds near the start of every song

Duo sessions, songs jump backwards ~10 seconds near the start of every song

As above, every song in my session gets 10-60 seconds then jumps back about 10. This also leads to the next song starting before the current one has finished.

Hey there @cpaz7

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

Could you let us know if you're experiencing this across devices or only on a specific one?

Also, would you mind trying with a different internet connection to check if that makes the difference?

On another note, we'd like to know if this only happens with a specific playlist or with all your playlists.

Lastly, sending us a screen recording of the issue happening would come in handy. You can send a link to it or attach it using the Insert Video option in the post editor.

Keep us posted.

Hi Eni,

This occurs on both windows 10 and iOS, and multiple internet connections. It also happens on all playlists.

Hi @cpaz7,

Thank you for your reply!

Since this is happening in multiple situations, can you log in one of your own devices with another account, such as a friend's or a family member's to see if the issue persists?

Alternatively, you can create a free account here. Make sure to log out of your own account before creating a new one.

Please don't forget to send us the video recording showing how the issue develops. This way we can take a better look at it.

We'll be on the lookout.
