My Question or Issue

When adding a choosing to add a new song to a playlist, they all say they’re empty. However when going to the actual playlist, the songs are still in there. I tried deleting and reinstalling Spotify, but it doesn’t seem to work.

I was just wondering if there was any way to solve this or if it’s just something I have to deal with.

Hey @jumicno,

Thanks for reaching out!
This looks like an odd issue.

You've already reinstalled the app but what I'm thinking is that this might have something to do with your saved cache data.
In case this is what's at fault, your issue should get fixed by clearing it.

If not - then I'd suggest we remove all Spotify-related data from your device and then installing it anew. To do so, please follow the steps from the complete clean reinstall guide.

Should the issue persist after this, we'd like to know what your iOS and Spotify versions are 🙂
We'll be on the lookout for your reply.

Thank you! Performing a clear reinstall seemed to work!
