Favorites list is out of sync on iOS and Windows

Some favorite music is not synced on multiple devices.

Frequently, those registered on iOS will not be displayed on the PC, and those registered on the PC will not be displayed on iOS.

Waiting, rebooting, or reinstalling does not resolve this issue.

How can I solve it?

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community, and welcome!

Spotify is currently aware of an Ongoing Issue causing songs liked on the mobile app not to appear in Liked Songs on the desktop app, and vice versa (liking a song on the desktop app doesn't add it to Liked Songs on the mobile app). This issue is currently being investigated.

I recommend adding your +VOTE to the Ongoing Issue, as well as a comment there to provide the team with the following info:

• Your phone's make, model and OS version
• Your PC's operating system
• The versions of Spotify both on your PC and mobile device

It will also be useful for you to Subscribe to the Ongoing Issue by clicking the three dots next to its title; that way, you can be sure to be informed of any relevant updates.
