Followed artists removed from my profile after logon on browser

My Question or Issue

Today I noted Spotify logged me off during the afternoon, after logon again I notice a lot of artists I followed before are just not followed, I started to follow some again, but it is really strange that these follows just disappear.

Could you please help me to understand this issue?

This sounds like someone else might have gained access to your account. It's best if you run through the steps here to secure your account.

Can you let us know if anything else was missing from your account - like deleted songs/ playlists or if new playlists were followed?

Hi Alex,

I didn't notice anything else changed, I received an email from Spoify to change my password some days ago due suspect activity, I did it on the day, logon again and notice this behavior.

It is weird because looks like the followed artists was back,  I will keep an eye on it.
