My Question or Issue
It won't let me scroll to the left to see my other genres, a few weeks ago i could still scroll to see all of them. I have reinstalled and cleared the cache several times.
Hey folks,
Thanks for your posts.
The right folks at Spotify are aware of this issue and are working on a fix. We don't have an exact timeframe for this yet, so we'd recommend keeping your app up to date.
As far as we're aware, this issue is present only on Android devices. Some community members have reported that after updating to version 8.7.6 this issue has been resolved for them.
If you're running this version or newer and still experiencing the issue, can you please let us know:
This will help the teams working on it.
Cheers!

Hey @Marisol3030,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.
We understand you’ve already tried some troubleshooting steps including reinstalling. However, we’d like to suggest a clean reinstall as this is more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.
If the issue still persists, would you mind trying on a different device if possible? This could give us a better look at the issue.
We'll be on the lookout for your next response.
Hi so I've also been having this problem at first just couldn't scroll now it's all jumbled up. I've done just about everything clean Uninstall, clear catches and data, I've restarted my phone. I also have a ton of storage so it's not a storage problem. Can someone please help me out here cause I have no clue what to do.
Also having this problem, did you ever figure it out?
Hey, the clean reinstall did not solve this issue. My girlfriend has an iPhone and most current Spotify version and does not have this issue. Perhaps it is Android specific?

Not working on my Pixel 6 Android 12 either.
I'm having the same issue on my OnePlus 9 Pro with the latest version of Spotify installed. I am a premium user and I use this feature regularly so I hope there's a fix soon. I would also love the ability to filter songs by any keyword or genre.
Not working on my Pixel 6 Android 12 either.
Update: this feature is now working on my phone.
🎊
