My Question or Issue

Hi Spotify-Team,

i used the Daily Drive everyday via a Spotify Connect Device (Kenwood CT-ST100S). Unfortunately, two of my Daily News Podcasts aren‘t played on this device via Spotify Connect. These are: „tagesschau in 100 Sekunden“ and „15 Minuten. Der tagesschau-Podcast am Morgen“, both published from the Tagesschau/ARD aktuell. This two Podcasts are 1/3 of my Daily News Podcasts on Daily Drive.

I tried using another Spotify Connect Device and the Same Problem still appears.

Whenever I listen to the Podcasts via a different Device without Spotify Connect (iPhone, iPad, Linux- and Windows-PC) they are played as they are supposed.

Is there any Solution for this Problem? The Daily Drive-Feature is the only thing keeping me at Spotify…

Thanks for reaching out!
Has this always been the case with these podcasts or have you just discovered the issue? Not all podcast episodes are supported to be played externally and this depends on their format and data source. 

In case you've been able to play these podcasts via Connect before, there might still be a way to troubleshoot this.
Just let us know and we'll have a look 🙂

Hi Vasil,

i think that I played „tagesschau in 10 Sekunden“ via Spotify Connect before, but I‘m not 100% sure. The other Podcast „15 Minuten. Der tagesschau-Podcast am Morgen“ is a new Format, therefore I haven‘t played it via Spotify Connect.

As mentoined before, i tried another Spotify Connect Device with the same problem.
