Hey @hilarybbn, welcome to the Spotify Community!

You can clean up by removing all the liked sons in one go. Follow these steps to do the same:

  1. Open the Spotify Desktop app
  2. Go to your liked songs playlist
  3. Select all the songs by using the shortcut CTRL + A (windows) or CMD + A (Mac)
  4. Click delete on your keyboard or right-click any item to remove all the songs

This should remove all the items from your liked songs. You can also undo the action by the shortcut CTRL + Z while you are on the same playlist.

Let me know how that goes.

I’ve done that and it doesn’t highlight all the songs

Hey @NatashaAlice95,

Thanks for reaching out!

If this doesn't work for you, it's possible that you're using the Web Player instead of the desktop app. If you don't have the desktop app installed, you can do that from here and after you make the change there, it should be reflected across all other platforms.

Still, you should be able to remove the songs on the Web Player as well by following these steps:

  1. Go to the playlist and select the first song at the top.
  2. Scroll down all the way to the bottom.
  3. Hold the Shift key and select the last song in the playlist. This will select all content in between.
  4. Right-click and select Remove from Liked Songs.

Let us know how it goes.

io ho provato in entrambi i casi ma mi dice che si è verificato un errore

Hey @samu5,

Following up on @Dessi's advice, you can also try selecting smaller batches of songs.
I've never seen any errors occur when removing liked songs from the playlist, so I'm curious to see what error you're getting.
Could you send us a screenshot of what's happening on your end? Much appreciated!

Hey @samu5,

Thanks for getting back to us.

Have you already tried performing a clean reinstall of the app by following these steps? This can help remove any cache that might be causing trouble.

If that doesn't do the trick, could you let us know the make, model, OS version and the Spotify version currently running on your device?

We'll be on the lookout for your reply.
